Webmail - I'm having problems signing into Webmail

Please note that if not accessed for 90 days an fsmail.net account will become deleted due to inactivity. If this happens it can't be restored and you would need to register a new account. If your account has been deleted you'll receive an invalid username or password error.

make sure cookies are enabled

After signing into webmail, if you receive a page stating - 'Please sign in to use this service. You must have cookies enabled.', there are two main causes:

  • privacy settings in Internet Options have been manually set to 'High' or 'Block All Cookies - change settings to 'Medium High' or lower to use the webmail service or reset your browser

  • the computer clock is set incorrectly. You'll find more help with this here.
