You can find out more about our Webmail
service here, and if you want to
sign up you can do so through our
website.
Welcome page
When you first log into Webmail, you’ll see the Welcome page, which tells
you how many messages you've received.
We use this page too, so we can keep you up to date with related
information.
For more information about logging in to Webmail (including tips like going
straight to your Inbox when logging in) see the article
how to check your
email using Webmail.

are recognised by
bold text. They'll also be accompanied by an envelope icon.
- Emails that are
spam can be
reported to us by simply clicking on the Mark as… drop down menu
then selecting spam
- 'Other options &
services', gives you direct access from the left hand menu. The adjacent
number in brackets tells you how many email addresses are blocked.
- The
Approved list
is above
the blocked list in the 'Other options and services' menu, allowing you to
add email addresses of those people who you always want to receive emails
from
- In the
Other actions drop down menu, you can ‘Mark as read’ or
‘Mark as unread’
Creating a message

Recipients in this field will receive the mail, but their names won’t appear
in the mails read by the people in the To and CC fields.
- Attachments

- No facility to turn anti-virus or anti-spam off. While the
anti-spam and anti-virus may look like a traffic light, on/off feature, it's
not possible to turn these off. Anti-virus helps protect you against viruses
that can seriously damage your computer and ensures the email service
remains a reputable service.
- Spam filters not working as wanted. This may be because you have
set up external email addresses through the 'My other mailboxes' option
which are overriding the settings for your Webmail account. Try deleting the
external email accounts in 'My other mailboxes' to see if that cures the
problem. You can always add them back later.

may display slightly differently for Mac users. It may help to change the
text size in your browser eg Internet Explorer or Safari).
- When
trying to register, you may get an error indicating that you're not old
